1. Digital Products – No Returns
All products sold on Sadasyata are digital and non-physical, including but not limited to:

Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, returns are not possible.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only possible before delivery
Once the product has been delivered, activated, or access details shared, the order cannot be canceled
Delayed activation or failure to use the product after delivery does not qualify for cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.
A refund may be considered only if:

4. Refund Method – Store Wallet Only
Approved refunds are issued only to the Sadasyata store wallet
Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website
Wallet refunds are non-transferable and non-withdrawable
No refunds are issued back to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy (Where Applicable)
Some products may include a limited replacement warranty, clearly mentioned on the product page.
Replacements are provided instead of refunds
Misuse, policy violations, or delayed reporting void replacement eligibility
6. Fraud & Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to deny refunds or cancellations if:
Abuse of refund policy is detected
Multiple disputes or chargebacks are initiated
Suspicious or fraudulent behavior is identified
Accounts engaging in abuse may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
7. Processing Time

Wallet credits, if approved, are added shortly after approval
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Loss of eligibility for refunds or replacements
Permanent restriction from Sadasyata services
